4. Delivery period: delivery within the delivery period agreed in the contract or order of the purchaser.

5. Respond to the qualification requirements of the unit

1. The respondent of this procurement requirement must be a legally registered legal person or unincorporated organization in the People's Republic of China, must have the ability to implement the corresponding project, and have the ability to ensure the completion of the project on time and undertake the procurement project in terms of personnel, equipment, funds, etc. Provide business license and related supporting materials.

2. Respondents must not be included in the list of seriously illegal and untrustworthy enterprises or listed in the list of abnormal operations by the market regulatory organs in the national enterprise credit information publicity system, and the respondent shall provide the inquiry results of the "Credit China" website within one month.

3. Provide a letter of commitment of qualification (see the requirements for answer file format for the format), which mainly contains the following:

(1) There shall be no direct holding relationship or management relationship with other respondents of this procurement project; In such cases, the respondent shall determine that one of them will continue to participate in the negotiation activities, and the other respondent with a controlling relationship shall be vetoed. If the respondent does not agree, all relevant respondents, who have a controlling relationship, will be vetoed.

(2) According to the Notice on Implementing Joint Punishments for Untrustworthy Enforcement Recipients in Bidding and Bidding Activities jointly issued by the Supreme People's Court, the National Development and Reform Commission and other nine departments, the respondent must not be listed by the people's court as a dishonest defendant. In the past three years, there has been no relevant arbitration or litigation intervention, and no market entry has been expressly stipulated by the relevant departments.

(3) According to the Notice on the Memorandum of Cooperation on Implementing Joint Punishments for Market Entities and Their Relevant Personnel in the Power Industry for Serious Violations of Law and Untrustworthiness (Fa Gai Operation [2017] No. 946), respondents must not be included in the "blacklist" of market entities in the power industry for serious violations of laws and untrustworthiness.

(4) Ensure the confidentiality of the purchaser's product information; There are no outstanding disputes with the purchaser and its subordinate units; This procurement does not accept the respondent entrusting an intermediary or intermediary to handle the response on behalf of the respondent. (1) The respondent of the above qualification documents must be fully provided, and a failure will be treated as an invalid response.

(2) All copies are copies unless the original is indicated. If the eligibility documents for which the original is requested are not indicated, the jury reserves the right to request the examination of the original at any time after the deadline for submission of the response documents. All files should be clearly cataloged and encapsulated in a response file.

(3) The copies of the above qualification documents must be uniformly stamped with the official seal of the unit.

6. Subcontracting or subcontracting are not allowed in this procurement project, and consortiums are not accepted.
