Chapter 15: Confucius said, "If you blame yourself more and blame others less, you will avoid the resentment of others." ”

Chapter 16: Confucius said, "A man who never says 'what to do, what to do' when things happen, I don't know what to do with him." ”

Chapter 17: Confucius said, "It is really difficult to teach people who gather together all day long, who do not speak to the standard of righteousness, who are good at showing off their cleverness." ”

Chapter 18: Confucius said, "A gentleman takes righteousness as the foundation, promotes it with etiquette, expresses it in humble language, and accomplishes it with a loyal attitude. ”

Chapter 19: Confucius said, "A gentleman is only afraid that he has no talent, and he is not afraid that others will not know him." ”

Chapter 20: Confucius said, "The gentleman fears that after his death his name will not be praised by the people." ”

Chapter 21: Confucius said, "A gentleman asks for himself, and a villain asks for others." ”

Chapter 22: Confucius said, "A gentleman is solemn and does not argue with others, and he joins the group without forming a party for personal gain." ”

Chapter 23: Confucius said, "A gentleman does not recommend a man by what he says, nor does he reject a man's good words because he is not good." ”

Chapter Twenty-Four: Zigong asks Confucius, "Is there a word that can be practiced for life?" Confucius replied, "That is forgiveness!" If you don't want to, don't impose it on others. ”

Chapter Twenty-Five: Confucius Said, "Who have I slandered against others?" Who have you praised? If there is praise, it must have been tested. The people of the Three Generations of Xia Shang did this, so the Three Generations could go straight. ”

Chapter Twenty-Six: Confucius said, "I can still see where there are doubts in the history books, and the people with horses (who cannot be taught by themselves) are first used by others, and this spirit is no longer there today." ”

Chapter Twenty-Seven: Confucius said, "Words and clever words corrupt the virtues of men, and if you are impatient with small things, you will corrupt the big things." ”

Chapter Twenty-Eight: Confucius said, "Everyone hates him, and I must investigate; everyone likes him, and I must investigate." ”

Chapter Twenty-Nine: Confucius said, "Man can make the Tao flourish, but it is not the Tao that enables man to expand." ”

Chapter 30: Confucius said, "If there is a mistake and not correct it, this is really called wrong." ”

Chapter Thirty-One: Confucius said, "I used to go all day without eating, staying up all night without sleeping, thinking left and right, and the result was no good, it was better to study." ”

Chapter Thirty-Two: Confucius said, "A gentleman seeks only the way, not food and clothing." Ploughing the land, you often have to go hungry; if you study, you can get Feng Lu. The gentleman only worries that the Tao will not work, not about poverty. ”
