Today, as one of the series of activities of the "Haiju Talents" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Summit, the first "Haiju Talents" Entrepreneurship Training Camp was opened in the National University Science and Technology Park of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and the "Haiju Talents" Entrepreneurship College was officially unveiled.

"From the composition of the trainees of the training camp, it can be seen that with the continuous optimization of Shanghai's innovation ecology, it presents the advantages of high degree of internationalization and strong talent attraction." Shen Zheng, the person in charge of the first phase of the "Haiju Talents" entrepreneurship training camp, introduced that the training camp recruited a total of 60 young entrepreneurial talents at home and abroad to participate in entrepreneurship training with entrepreneurial projects, of which 43.33% were from Shanghai universities, 25% were from universities and institutes in other provinces and cities, and 31.67% were from overseas universities. During the release of recruitment information, a total of 171 young entrepreneurs from college students at home and abroad were received. Taking strengthening the function of scientific and technological innovation as the main direction of attack, the selection criteria of the participants mainly consider the industries involved in entrepreneurial projects, and focus on high-tech industry projects such as artificial intelligence, IT and Internet, cloud computing, big data, semiconductor chips, etc., and pay attention to exchanges and cooperation in frontier fields of science and technology and the incubation of interdisciplinary research. Among them, artificial intelligence projects accounted for the highest proportion, reaching 23%.

The three-day training camp includes a dialogue on the theme of "Opportunities and Challenges of Information Security in the Era of Artificial Intelligence", "Brand Strategy of Start-ups", "Business Value Analysis of Enterprises" and "Low-risk Entrepreneurship" series of training courses. At the same time, students were arranged to visit the China-Israel (Shanghai) Innovation Park Exhibition Hall and go to the "Innovation Camp· TOP Incubator" learns and communicates with entrepreneurs such as Trend Line (Shanghai) Medical Technology Development Co., Ltd., a technology-based start-up company Shanghai Hotcore Vision Technology Co., Ltd., and Yeshurun (Shanghai) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. who settled in the park. Among the selected guests and mentors, there are many entrepreneurs who have successfully started their businesses after receiving the public welfare funding of the "Angel Fund" of Shanghai College Students Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Foundation, such as Wang Zhe, founder of Liju Technology, and Luo Qinglan, chairman of "Loophole Bank", etc., to teach entrepreneurial experience to "junior brothers and sisters" and form an ecological chain of "passing on help and leading". This training camp is a fully closed training, and it also provides more platforms for exchanges and cooperation for trainees.

Jiewen Zhang, a student who graduated from Harvard University's Department of Human Development and Psychology three years ago, came to the bootcamp with an interdisciplinary AI psychotherapy program. She introduced that the project focuses on psychological sub-health people, mainly using AI technology to empower virtual psychological healing services, and the project has recently been running in Hangzhou. Attracted to Shanghai, a city of innovation, she and her co-founder recently planned to locate their R&D department in Shanghai. In the training camp, she is most looking forward to visiting the China-Israel (Shanghai) Business Park, so as to deeply understand the regional entrepreneurship support policies, explore the possibility of the project "landing in Shanghai", and look forward to finding long-term capital and patient capital in multi-party exchanges, continue to cultivate her own field, and accelerate the formation of more innovative breakthroughs.

The "Haiju Talents" entrepreneurship college unveiled on the spot will take the 73 Haiju Talents demonstration bases, 24 universities and administrative district fund application points of the Shanghai College Students Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Foundation, as well as the business incubation space and investment and financing service platform as the working carrier, relying on the advantages of entrepreneurial resources such as the National College Student Entrepreneurship Lab of the Entrepreneurship Foundation (Shanghai), the "Roadshow Hall" of the Haitai Promotion Association, and the Venture Capital Alliance to cultivate the growth of students. In the future, the college will carry out multi-level entrepreneurship training activities, integrate multi-faceted industrial resources, and provide precise services for entrepreneurial enterprises; Establish a linkage mechanism of demonstration bases, public welfare funding, and venture capital alliances, and absorb and expand the resources of more cooperative institutions; Close cooperation gradually forms an extended open layout structure of organic combination and integration of multi-functional modules, laying a solid foundation for creating a gathering place for high-quality talent exchange, interaction, interconnection, diversification and sharing. At the same time, relying on the gradually formed big data platform for entrepreneurial trainees and projects, track and analyze the development of the application projects, and provide data support for the quality and upgrading of the entrepreneurship training camp.
