180,000 Tesla may not come out, Musk is not cold to it
Previously, the news that Tesla was going to launch an entry-level model has been endless, and the rendering hypothetical image has been widely circulated, but there has never been a real hammer.

Recently, author Walter Isaacson mentioned new details about the next generation of electric vehicle platforms in his book about Musk, Musk seems not excited about the $25,000 (about 183,000 yuan) low-priced entry car, his dreams and goals are more ambitious, he is more concerned about transforming the current urban transportation through Robotaxi.
At a review meeting earlier this year, the Robotaxi and the $25,000 car model were put together, and both products looked futuristic like the Cybertruck, which Musk liked.
Sitting alone in the conference room after the meeting, Musk was clear that he wasn't impressed with the $25,000 car, saying "it's really not an exciting product." The Robotaxi will be a futuristic self-driving car, which may not have a steering wheel and is designed to be as sci-fi as the Cybertruck.
Just when netizens were discussing whether the entry-level Tesla was out of drama, in the past two days, Tesla's chief designer Franz showed a photo of him and Tesla's new car space schematic model in an interview.
The new car only adopts a three-door two-seat design, the seating space looks good, and the rear of the car is relatively rich storage space. From the perspective of the spatial structure of the vehicle, the outer silhouette even has some Cybertruck silhouette looks, but its roof profile is more dynamic, and the rear and front seem to have many similarities with the Cybertruck. Could this be a $25,000 (about 180,000 yuan) entry car?
According to previous news, Tesla's new small electric vehicle will be equipped with a 53kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, with a target sales of 42 million units. Tesla is developing autonomous battery technology to make $25,000 self-driving electric vehicles possible, and Tesla hopes to build "next-generation" cars at half the cost of the current Model 3 or Model Y. The new car may be named Model 2, priced at $25,000, equivalent to 180,000 yuan, and is expected to be unveiled in 2024.
