Yesterday (September 8), the public service platform of China (Yangzhou) Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone was launched and the opening ceremony of the 1210 business of the Comprehensive Protection Zone was held in the Yangzhou Comprehensive Protection Zone. The "1210" mode of cross-border e-commerce is mainly used for import, which means that the goods are transported to the special customs supervision area in bulk in the form of goods, and then sold in China in retail mode through the shopping platform, and delivered after the domestic consumers place orders, which has the advantages of fast response to orders, short transportation time and low comprehensive freight. At the scene, 46 food and cosmetics packages declared for import under the "1210" mode were successfully inspected and cleared, and all these goods will be delivered to buyers within 24 hours. Li Bin, the person in charge of the Yangzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone Administration, said that for a single piece of overseas shopping goods not exceeding 5,000 yuan, they can enjoy full exemption from customs duties, import value-added tax and consumption tax according to 70% of the comprehensive tax.
It is understood that the public service platform of China (Yangzhou) Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone launched this time mainly includes four functional modules, including service portal and operation management, cross-border e-commerce business declaration, cross-border e-commerce data analysis display and public service platform data docking, which can provide market entities with efficient, convenient and standardized cross-border e-commerce online comprehensive services. Xing Xing, general manager of Alibaba Group Jiangsu, introduced that after the platform is launched as a whole, it will provide online registration guidance services for platform users for all enterprises in the industrial park in the comprehensive pilot zone. It will also actively guide companies in the Alibaba ecosystem to settle in the Yangzhou Comprehensive Pilot Zone. At present, Alibaba's Sun Art Retail M member store's cross-border new retail instant delivery business is also about to land in Yangzhou Comprehensive Protection Zone.
In recent years, Yangzhou has attached great importance to the cultivation and development of cross-border e-commerce, and has successively built a cross-border e-commerce public service platform and a cross-border e-commerce 1210 supervision center in the Comprehensive Insurance Zone, realizing the seamless docking of cross-border e-commerce business "orders, waybills and payment orders"; Actively promote the construction of cross-border e-commerce carriers, and create a number of important carriers such as Guangling Ali Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park, Hanjiang Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park, and Constellation International "Exploration Plus" Cross-border E-commerce Incubation Center; Vigorously cultivate overseas warehouse projects, overseas warehouse area of more than 200,000 square meters, on this basis, Yangzhou City also through holding cross-border e-commerce conference and other activities to help Yangzhou enterprises go overseas. At the recent Yangzhou International Auto Parts Cross-border E-commerce Trading Conference, dozens of international buyers from 7 countries in Central Asia and Southeast Asia extended an "olive branch" to Yangzhou auto parts enterprises. Zhou Liqiang, executive deputy general manager of Huayu Anrong Automotive Technology Group Co., Ltd., introduced that the five Central Asian countries plus Southeast Asia plan to purchase 3.7 billion yuan annually, and the purchase amount to Yangzhou enterprises is 1.8 billion yuan.

The relevant departments of Yangzhou City said that they will further improve and optimize cross-border e-commerce policies, develop blocking points and difficulties for enterprises, and improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the international market. Zhang Jun, member of the Party Committee of the Yangzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce and deputy director of the Municipal Port Office, said that the next step will focus on the implementation of the cross-border e-commerce 12345 project, that is, to promote the construction of "1 online platform, 2 customs clearance stations, 3 cross-border power centers, 4 types of training systems, and 5 characteristic industries", and promote Yangzhou to use the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce to help the five characteristic industries of clothing toys, hotel supplies, outdoor products, street lighting, and pet supplies, and grasp the cultivation of independent brands and the construction of independent channels.
