On a cold winter day in 1955, in a hospital in Anshan City, Liaoning Province, a couple was happy with their son. They named this cute baby boy Bi Yanjun. Bi Yanjun was born into an intellectual family, his father was a professor at a local university and his mother was the head nurse of the hospital.
The young Bi Yanjun has a lively and cheerful personality, is smart and clever, and likes to perform. Whenever his parents' colleagues and friends came to the house, he would always volunteer to perform the show, causing everyone to laugh and praise him as "material for being an actor".
After entering middle school, Bi Yanjun's acting talent was further revealed. He not only participated in the campus drama club, but also represented the school in the municipal speech competition, and won many awards for his outstanding performance. Gradually, acting became the most important part of his life.
In 1972, 17-year-old Bi Yanjun graduated from high school and resolutely decided to join the Anshan Repertory Theater and start his own acting career. When he first joined the group, he could only play some dragon traps and running tricks. But he actively consulted with the older generation of artists, practiced diligently, and soon became a well-known actor in the drama troupe.
In 1979, a 14-year-old girl joined the drama troupe, she was Chen Xiaoxu. Chen Xiaoxu was born into an intellectual family, and both parents worked in art groups. She studied dance from an early age and has a deep interest in literature, especially classical Chinese classics. On weekdays, her favorite thing to read is "Dream of Red Mansions".
The 24-year-old Bi Yanjun saw Chen Xiaoxu for the first time, and was deeply attracted by the bright eyes and teeth on her melon face. He took the initiative to talk to Chen Xiaoxu and found that the two coincided in literary tastes. Therefore, he began to accompany Chen Xiaoxu to discuss literature in his spare time and care about her life.

In 1992, Bi Yanjun took on many dramas, such as "The Gate of the Mansion" and "Jade Guanyin", successfully portrayed many classic roles, and his career reached its peak. The two divorced and remarried. Bi Yanjun's new wife is simple and virtuous, and she accompanies her husband wholeheartedly, Chen Xiaoxu is married to Hao Tong, a graduate of the film school, and Hao Tong gave up her career dream for her. In 2006, Chen Xiaoxu was diagnosed with breast cancer and decided to take refuge in Buddhism and become a monk. When her body was weak, she called Bi Yanjun to say goodbye for three hours, and the two wept sadly.
In 2007, Chen Xiaoxu unfortunately passed away, and public opinion speculated about the reasons for the divorce of the two. Bi Yanjun denied domestic violence, saying that the two only had good memories.
