Professor Xiong Shoumei of Tsinghua University made a report with the theme of "Design and Challenges of Large-scale Integrated Die Casting Mold" before the finals on September 1, further discussed the mold temperature control and process control in the process of large-scale integrated die casting, and put forward many important suggestions for the development of large-scale integrated die casting equipment and the design of large-scale integrated die casting products in view of the challenges of large-scale integrated die casting technology to mold technology.
Professor Peng Liming of Shanghai Jiao Tong University made a report with the theme of "Aluminum Heat Treatment High Strength and Toughness Die-Casting Aluminum Alloy Materials and Their Application in Automotive Structural Parts" in the expert report session on the morning of September 2, detailing the design and development of heat-free high-strength and tough die-casting aluminum alloy/magnesium alloy materials, the simulation research of high vacuum die-casting process, and the design and manufacture of die-casting molds.
Professor Chen Yuzeng of Northwestern Polytechnical University made a report with the theme of "Additive Manufacturing of Aluminum Alloy Die-casting Mold Conformal Temperature Control Mold Core", which conducted an in-depth discussion on the design and manufacture of die-casting mold conformal temperature control mold core, and carried out in-depth analysis based on typical cases.

Wang Yinan, Head of Mold Technology of FAW Casting Co., Ltd., in the user report entitled "Sharing of Automotive Lightweight Overall Casting Mold Process Technology", focused on the mature design capabilities of the FAW team in the face of integrated die casting, as well as the whole process thinking for the design and production of integrated body, and shared a number of practical cases involving process simulation, wall thickness optimization, and precise mold temperature control.
In the theme report of "Integrated Die Casting Products SE Engineering Technology", Wu Xiaofeng, Technical Director of Jingcheng Engineering Automotive Systems Co., Ltd., systematically introduced the impact and solutions of integrated die casting on vehicle performance from the production link, covering NVH, anti-rust performance, welding and other aspects, and proposed a mold design improvement scheme based on the front engine room and rear floor of the car as an example.
Ma Yin, senior engineer from Guangzhou Cavity Mold Manufacturing Co., Ltd., delivered a report entitled "Application of Ultra-large Integrated Die Casting Simulation Analysis in Mold Design", which reflects the valuable experience of Guangzhou Cavity in making full use of the simulation function of Zhizhu Chaoyun to design the overall die casting scheme, and discusses how to set the conditions to improve the accuracy of CAE simulation.
