These refreshing robots were mainly displayed in the lean construction exhibition area at the kick-off meeting. Walking into the exhibition area, the first thing you see is a welding robot, which has a number of freely rotating axes on its robotic arm, which can send welding tools to a predetermined spatial position as required, and then move according to the required trajectory and speed for precise welding. "The key parts of many major projects must reach the level of first-class welds, and there must be absolutely no defects such as cracks, welds, burn-throughs, and arc pits. Even experienced workers dare not pat their chests and say that they will not make mistakes. "Field technicians introduced that traditional manual welding is easily affected by the on-site operating environment and personnel working status, which may cause fluctuations in welding quality, while welding robots can improve production efficiency, reduce manual errors, and improve welding quality."
Continue to the exhibition hall, you will see an orange-red four-wheeled vehicle that resembles a "lunar rover", and its name is laser ground leveling robot. By using intelligent laser leveling algorithms and by-wire chassis technology, this trolley can perform high-precision leveling on the ground after concrete is poured. In the future, it can be used in construction scenarios such as parking lot floors, factory floors, commercial floors and top surfaces in urban sub-centers.
In the future, the hard work of painting walls and polishing putty can also be handed over to robots to operate. The spraying and polishing integrated robot in the exhibition area integrates the functions of latex paint spraying, putty spraying and putty polishing, and can realize unmanned autonomous spraying and grinding operations. The data measurement and statistical work after decoration can also be helped by the robot, the actual measurement robot can measure and output the report autonomously, and a single measurement item can be completed in 20 seconds, and the data storage and upload can be completed synchronously, saving more than 90% of labor costs.
The Tongzhou Vanke Juzheng High-tech Headquarters Base Project of China Construction Second Bureau has a construction area of about 240,000 square meters, located in the canal business district of Beijing's sub-center, adjacent to the Millennium Grand Canal. After the completion of the project, it will be built into a comprehensive high-tech industry incubation base integrating scientific and technological research and development, urban living room and small cultural exchanges.
