According to the regulations, only prisoners who are actually detained in detention centers can go through this formalities for them in the name of the detention center.
However, Li Hongliang was not detained in the detention center at this time, and it is still unknown whether he was executed outside prison, so how could he go through the procedures in the name of the detention center?
But the presiding judge had already spoken, and this face could not be refused, and Zhang Xin could only reluctantly take Li Hongliang's materials.
However, when going through the formalities for him, Wang Xin still kept an eye on it, and specially marked the sentence below: "Li Hongliang is now released on bail pending trial and has not entered the center, and after the evaluation of his condition, he will actually carry out the punishment when he is temporarily sentenced to execution outside prison according to the Intermediate Court".
According to mainland law, criminals should be transferred from the detention center to the prison after the court verdict.
After the prison inspection confirms that the prisoner is seriously ill and unfit to be admitted to prison, the prison will present a prisoner refusal slip.
At this point, the prisoner will be transferred back to the detention center, and only then will the court have the final say on whether the prisoner will be executed outside prison.
In other words, if Li Hongliang's execution outside prison has no loopholes in the process, a prisoner rejection slip issued by Huashan Prison is also required.
