According to Zillow, the residence was sold for $422 million on August 4, 2023. Upon closer inspection, the property appears to have been transferred to his oldest son, Trump Jr.
While Zillow did not provide details about who bought the property, the SunBiz website says that the current owner of Mar-a-Lago is a company called Mar-a-Lago Inc., owned by Trump's eldest son, Trump Jr., Newsweek reported.
