On the morning of August 21, the highly anticipated first street-level cultural and sports project in Longgang District-Pinghu Cultural and Sports Center was officially unveiled and opened. The project has a total construction area of about 11,800 square meters, with B1 floors to L7 floors, covering theaters, cultural and creative areas, sports centers and other diverse cultural and sports leisure spaces. Li Kaier, an active NBA player and the main player of the Chinese men's basketball team, Wang Jiuming, the badminton world champion, Zhu Benqiang, the mixed doubles champion of the World University Games, and relevant responsible persons of Longgang District, Pinghu Street and Ganghong Group participated in the event.
It is understood that under the care and guidance of the Longgang District Party Committee and the District Government, the Longgang District Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau has been promoted with the help of many parties, focusing on culture and art and sports experience, covering theaters, cultural and creative areas, sports centers and other diversified cultural and sports leisure spaces in one of the Pinghu Cultural and Sports Center was completed in August this year.
