In 2013, she and the comrades in the department received the father of a rape victim, Chen XX, through the remote video access system, and Chen XX's visit reflected his dissatisfaction with the court's judgment against defendant Zhang XX and filed a complaint with the procuratorate. She learned more about the petitioner's demands and promptly introduced the case into the handling procedure. After carefully reviewing the case file materials and participating in the investigation of the relevant circumstances, it was found that the sentence in the case was indeed unusually light, and a protest was filed with the court in accordance with the trial supervision procedures, and the court finally adopted the counter-appeal opinion after review, changed the judgment on the case, and safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of the victims. After the video interview of the case, the protest successfully set a precedent in the province, and this case was also forwarded to the whole country by the Supreme People's Procuratorate as one of the first six typical cases.

Once, she received a disabled leg-man in his 70s who lived in the county seat, and the old man was occupied by a neighbor's family because of his homestead, and he was emotional in his appeal, hoping that the procuratorate could help. After listening carefully to the appeals of the elderly, she helped to analyze the legal facts in detail and patiently informed how to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests through litigation procedures. Near noon, she bought a bottle of milk for the old man, and the old man was so excited that he burst into tears, kept thanking her, and took out the only two eggs from his body, insisting on giving them to her. She politely declined, and helped the disabled old man out of the unit. In this way, she has built a "bridge connecting the procurators and the people" with responsibility and love, and established a good image of the procuratorial organs in the minds of the people. In 2017, the Guizhou Provincial Bureau of Letters and Visits won the title of "Most Beautiful Petitioning Cadre" in the search for the "Most Beautiful Petitioning Cadres" organized by the province's petitioning system, and was also the only procuratorial cadre and police officer among the 20 award-winning personnel in the province.
