As a chip manufacturing giant enterprise in Taiwan Province of the mainland, TSMC is very famous in the entire international community. It is precisely because of this that the United States has repeatedly thrown an olive branch to this company, hoping that they can travel far to the United States to develop.
If all this is sincere cooperation, then TSMC going to the United States to invest and build a factory will be a mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation for both parties.
But what is unexpected is that the United States did not give enough sincerity from the beginning, but made TSMC yearn for it by drawing a pie.

Generally speaking, the extension of the US exemption period is actually of no decisive significance for the development of these enterprises in China.
In the past few years, Chinese semiconductor industry-related enterprises have sprung up and formed a certain influence in their respective market segments. Overseas companies choose to return to the Chinese market at this time, and they may not be able to enjoy it as before.
