After more than half a year of preparation, the prosecution materials were finally prepared, the relevant evidence was collected, and the relevant witnesses were all in place. At this time, the prosecutor and the head of the prosecution team, Jiang Wen, went to the prison to learn about the situation. Jiang Qing thanked the procuratorate for sending someone to talk to her, and her attitude was very sincere. On 10 November 1980, the Special Court sent a clerk to deliver copies of the indictments to defendant Jiang Qing.
