On 12 July, the ceremony of exchanging gifts from the collections of civilian middle schools on both sides of the strait and the propaganda film of the documentary "Centennial Commitment" was held in Qingxu.

Yue Tuli said in his speech that the ceremony of the exchange of collections and the release of the promotional video of the "Centennial Commitment" was held in Qingxu County, the first stop of Pingzhong's southward migration, which is not only a historical witness to the passing on of the spirit of Pingzhong, but also an important measure to inspire us not to forget our original intention and jointly promote the peaceful development of cross-strait relations. The "Centennial Commitment" takes the tortuous story of the establishment of Taiyuan Civilian High School in 1922, the beginning of the school's migration in 1937, and then the last donation of more than 50,000 US dollars of student admission deposit to Taiyuan Civilian Middle School by the Taiwan Zhuangjing Higher Vocational Alumni Association in 2012 as the main clue, telling the story of the founder of the civilian middle school migrating to Taiwan, and then to the opening up and restoration of the school in the past 100 years, and the feelings of the students on both sides of the strait. The film is jointly produced by the Kyushu Cultural Communication Center of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, Beijing Tianlutang Cultural Media Co., Ltd. and Taiyuan Radio and Television Station, and co-produced by Beijing Tianlutang Cultural Media Co., Ltd. and Taiyuan Radio and Television Station. Through the oral histories of alumni and their children, the display of old objects leads to the stories behind them, and the revisit of the old site revisits the glory years, which resonates with the Chinese people. At the event site, Xugou Middle School donated 10 volumes of calligraphy masters carefully selected by Taiyuan Civilian Middle School and the "Civilian Middle School" across the strait (Taiwan Zhuangjing High School), and collector Zhang Wenda donated the 1923 entrance examination mathematics papers, English test papers, graduation certificates and other collections of the civilian middle school. Taiyuan Civilian Middle School donated four works created by students of Taiyuan Civilian Middle School with the "History of Taiyuan Civilian Middle School". The heads of three schools, Taiyuan Civilian Middle School, Taiwan Zhuangjing High School, and Hantai Middle School in Hanzhong City, interacted.
At the ceremony, propaganda short films such as "Rejuvenating the Country through Education and Passing on the Torch to Each Generation," "Recording the Light of the Commoners, Showing the Feelings of the Family and Country," and "Witnessing the Unyielding Spirit of a Century-old Famous School" were also played.
