In order to make users use computing power as convenient as water and electricity, China Telecom self-developed Tianyi Cloud 4.0 computing power distribution network platform - "Xilang", which is an intelligent computing network scheduling platform based on cloud native and cross-domain large-scale scheduling technology. At present, "Xi Yuan" has fully connected to the multi-level resources of Tianyi Cloud, and has realized the integration of computing power with multiple partners to realize the unified management and use of network-wide resources, and can provide diversified and differentiated computing power product forms to meet different business needs, such as "East Data West Computing", cloud rendering, cross-cloud scheduling, performance stress testing, hybrid cloud AI computing and other application scenarios. In 2022, "Xi Yang" was selected as one of the top ten super projects of central enterprises of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, guiding the demand for computing power in the east to the western region with abundant green energy in an orderly manner and promoting green development.
In recent years, China Telecom has fully and deeply implemented the cloud transformation strategy, and China Telecom Shanghai has actively practiced it, taking the lead in proposing and launching the innovative practice of "Zhiyun Network", and exploring landing solutions to help Shanghai consolidate the informatization foundation of the international digital capital. Also an innovative product that integrates cloud computing technology and terminal needs is Tianyi Cloud Computer. Relying on high-quality cloud-network resources, China Telecom launched a new one-stop digital collaborative office solution, Tianyi Cloud Computer 2.0, to build a full-link security protection system from local to cloud, with the characteristics of out-of-the-box use, convenient access, and adaptation to multiple terminal types. The newly upgraded "Yifei" zero/low-code development platform and "Yilian" instant messaging tool have multiple data security protection mechanisms, making digital work collaboration more efficient and convenient. Recently, IDC released the semi-annual (H2) tracking report of the virtual desktop software and cloud service market, according to which Tianyi Cloud ranked first in the DaaS market in 2022, with an annual market share of 38.0%, leading the Chinese cloud desktop market.

China Telecom's Galaxy AI Empowerment Platform is the world's first AI product and capability platform with cloud-network convergence as the core architecture, equipped with four levels of computing power of "whole network, region, edge, and device", and has 31 provincial computing power clusters, which can realize one-click distribution of AI capabilities. Extremely fast deployment and installation, integrating more than 1,000 AI algorithm capabilities to meet the intelligent access of video streams of various protocols, and realize visual orchestration of AI capability platforms. TOP computing power and AI sustainable innovation to help green and low-carbon services
At this World Artificial Intelligence Conference, "computing power" is one of the key words, without the support of strong computing power, immersive experience will not be possible. In order to improve user experience and perception, China Telecom brought exhibition items including computing power infrastructure, green computing power, heterogeneous computing power scheduling on different networks, computing power service innovation, intelligent computing platform CFFF of Fudan University, AI low-carbon technology, and green carbon industry solutions in the computing power service exhibition area.
Taking the CFFF intelligent computing platform jointly deployed and constructed by Fudan University and China Telecom as an example, relying on China Telecom's all-optical network, a multi-center distributed national intelligent computing power center is built to ensure high-speed data exchange access inside and outside the campus, forming a "supercomputer" in the true sense. As the first large-scale public computing power project of China Telecom Shanghai and the first cloud scientific research intelligent computing platform in China, the project not only enables breakthroughs in major scientific problems and key core technology research, but also shoulders the important task of cultivating scientific and technological talents, which is of great significance for promoting the new ecology and paradigm change of scientific research.
Nowadays, AI technology is deeply rooted in all walks of life, when AI technology collides with the green and low-carbon vision, what kind of sparks will there be? At the exhibition, China Telecom also brought a series of green and low-carbon technologies and innovative solutions. In the base station and computer room scenarios, China Telecom has built an energy consumption model of mobile base station, communication computer room, and data center based on massive operation data, used self-developed AI energy-saving algorithms to predict changes in energy consumption trends, formulated refined and accurate energy-saving control strategies, and achieved carbon reduction goals, covering more than 4.3 million 4G/5G sectors and more than 1,100 computer rooms. In addition, the Internet of Things, video and AI technology are combined to realize the autonomous intelligent control of air conditioning, fresh air, elevators, lighting, conference and other systems, creating a number of low-carbon demonstration benchmarks such as smart buildings, smart parks, and smart campuses.

At the meeting, China Telecom demonstrated the vivid practice and latest achievements of cloud-network integration artificial intelligence in helping urban governance, benefiting a better life, and empowering thousands of industries, and the main exhibition items covered smart city, garbage management, Internet + bright kitchen bright stove, smart community, smart pension, cloud gaming, Hello old friend kiosk, smart education, smart factory, etc.
By integrating resource advantages and cloud-network security capabilities, China Telecom provides better security monitoring and protection to protect residents' comfortable and comfortable lives. For example, China Telecom Shanghai's "Wing Governance" community garbage classification management system, based on video private network, AI algorithm capabilities and mobile computing capabilities, provides 24-hour intelligent video supervision and inspection system for garbage drop-off points for towns and towns, using five common algorithms to help communities shorten the time of garbage sorting and disposal, continuously reduce manual supervision costs, improve management efficiency, create a healthy and clean environment, and empower a better life. In addition, the Shachong Road Street Office in Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, also uses the "Tianyi Cloud Eye" video surveillance and intelligent broadcast to carry out intelligent monitoring and management of garbage classification, and operates several old communities as pilots. The director of the sub-district office said that since the intelligent monitoring and management of garbage classification was carried out, the correct rate of garbage delivery in the jurisdiction has been significantly improved, which has effectively improved the living environment of the community and enhanced the ability of grassroots governance. Relying on the advantages of national coverage, China Telecom is replicating and promoting the "garbage sorting Shanghai model" nationwide, and has been piloted and implemented in many cities in five provinces and cities in Beijing, Guangdong, Liaoning, Chengdu and Hebei.
The people take food as the sky, and another thing related to the safety of people's livelihood is the transformation of bright kitchens and bright stoves. In order to allow citizens to eat with peace of mind, in 2022, the Shanghai Municipal Government listed the implementation of the "Internet + Bright Kitchen Bright Stove" project for catering food as one of the private practical projects. Relying on the "Tianyi Cloud Eye" video surveillance, AI algorithm, big data and other technologies of Tianyi Vision Network, the whole process of real-time intelligent, standardized and refined management of catering personnel, equipment and environment is carried out, helping Shanghai to build 1,000 catering food "Internet + bright kitchen bright stove" demonstration stores, effectively protecting the "safety on the tip of the tongue" of citizens. China Telecom Shanghai has renovated and upgraded the street booth, not only with fashionable shape and full of design, but also with "helping the elderly, the weak and the people" as the core, loading eight major livelihood service applications such as one-click ride-hailing, free calls, and "15-minute life circle" inquiry, so that elderly residents can enjoy the convenience of digital life. Recently, Laoyou Pavilion has also accessed meteorological data, and you can see the surrounding real-time temperature and weather conditions at the top of the large screen in the pavilion, including meteorological disaster warning, rainfall, humidity, visibility and other practical information. At the same time, China Telecom Shanghai also actively built an ecosystem, enriched the convenience service system with partners, and jointly launched the first phase of "Hello Old Friends Kiosk N Function Introduction" service with Alipay Blue Vest and Morning News "Thoughtful Shanghai" at this conference, using concise and clear and colloquial graphic expressions to disassemble the operation steps and precautions of the five practical functions in the Old Friends Kiosk.
