League of Legends introduces the new 2v2v2v2 Soul Fighting Arena mode, and the next version is online
IT House News on July 8, "League of Legends" is about to launch a new mode in the next version - Soul Arena. Officially, this is a new 2v2v2v2 game mode, where four two-person squads will continue to fight through multiple rounds until one team survives.
Officially, in order to present epic battles, they made four very unique battle spaces and added some new mechanics to push the gameplay in the right direction. The battle phase will take place in four different arenas, which vary in size and shape, have "deep water zones," and new plants, energy flowers.
In the game, at the end of each round of battle, the loser squad takes damage. You'll return to the shop screen, where they'll find something crazier than equipment – enhanced runes.
Booster runes are permanent boosts that give heroes a variety of different abilities, up to four Runes can be obtained. These enhanced runes are divided into three levels: silver, gold, and prism.
In addition, the cooldown of this mode will become very low, the hero will become very fast, and the skill can crit. These power-ups are designed to create interesting combinations with the heroes' skills, enhance their avatars, force players to deal with some very crazy situations, and even new summoner skills like the Blade Waltz, which allows you to enter an unselectable state, repeatedly swooping enemies and dealing multiple damage during this time.
The equipment mechanics in the Arena of Souls are a bit different. In the first two stages of purchasing, each player will receive 1000 gold, buy a outfit, and then buy shoes. After buying shoes and going outfits, you'll earn gold for each non-enhancement phase, as well as some additional gold coins during battle. If you successfully kill at least one enemy hero, you'll get 350 gold in return. You can spend 700 gold and use a new potion to get a one-turn boost.
In the Fighting Soul Arena, you will occasionally see the theme hero of "Fighting Soul Awakening" appear, making the battle richer. You'll see 10 heroes with Soul Awakening skins randomly affecting battles. Each hero has unique mechanics that help or hinder the summoner's battles, while also bringing fun to each battle.
What if the other teams in your room are super lucky or your Enhancement Rune doesn't fit your plan? This mode allows you to exit early. This means that if you lose, you can leave the room and re-queue to join a new match.
The IT House Soul Arena gameplay is outlined below:
Step 1: Line up
The Arena of Souls supports single row or double row.
Step 2: Select/Disable
Everyone has a chance to disable it, and then they go to a blind audition - you can't see the hero chosen by the enemy. You may face the exact same lineup as you, but you and your teammates can't choose the same heroes. And there are no runes or summoner skills either!
Step 3: Fight!
Each Arena of Souls is divided into rounds, each containing both procurement and battle phases. During the shopping phase, you can choose to strengthen runes or get gold coins that you can use to buy equipment. Then enter the battle phase and decide the winner. Each battle stage is in a 2v2 format, where the winner's health remains the same and the loser loses a portion of it. The team that survives to the end wins!
The Soul Fighters also prepared some surprise episodes to make the battle more exciting. So beware of the flying Lax laser and Sacco pranks, victory is not always easy. The top two teams will advance on the ladder from Mumu Gladiator to King Gladiator.
Step 4: Do it again
Once your team is eliminated, you can quit immediately, start lining up again, and make a comeback!
