In 2021, the Rizhao public security department in Shandong Province successfully cracked a college entrance examination admission fraud case and arrested criminal suspects Zhao and Liu. After investigation, the criminal suspects Zhao and Liu Moumou claimed through WeChat Moments and other channels that they could help candidates handle college admission procedures in the form of special recruitment, from which they defrauded parents and candidates of high handling fees. After interrogation, Wu said that he felt that Zhou usually affected his studies, and this was done to punish Zhou. Wu's act of tampering with other people's college entrance examination volunteers was punished by law.
