On the morning of May 16, 2024, Qiu Xiaoli, principal of Guanlu Nine-Year Consistent School, organized all the teachers and staff of the school to participate in training and learning, and led the teachers of the school to carry forward the spirit of educators in all aspects of teaching and educating people such as education and teaching, professional growth and student management, and implemented it in the whole process of cultivating people with virtue, and striving to be actors and practitioners of the spirit of educators.
After watching, the three teachers of our school, Yuan Kaili, Ren Gaojing, and Lei Weixin, combined their own stories and insights about being a person, learning, and being a teacher in their own education careers, or eloquent, or impassioned, or full of affection, vividly interpreted the spirit of educators with the practice of ploughing the teaching altar and strengthening the country, and encouraged the majority of teachers to keep in mind the original mission of educating people for the party and the country, carry forward and practice the spirit of educators, and contribute to the construction of a strong country in education.
With the theme of "Promoting and Practicing the Spirit of Educators", the event mainly included the launching ceremony of the Action Year of "Promoting and Practicing the Spirit of Educators", expert keynote reports and other activities.
