The dark grey, polyester-blend Gryffindor hooded cloak, along with Harry Potter's signature round glasses, was auctioned at the Propstore Auction in California, USA.
In addition to the wizard cloak on the outside, there are white cotton shirts, ties, wool V-neck sweaters, gray pants and black suede shoes.
At the beginning of the auction, the list of items clearly stated that the item had been deliberately damaged, such as dirt on the cloak, sweater and pants, and stage blood around the collar and cuffs of the shirt.
However, this did not affect its final high price of 79,100 pounds (about 730,000 RMB).
Because these damages are traces of Harry Potter's battle with the basilisk at the end of "Chamber of Secrets".
