Recruitment targets and conditions
The recruitment targets are graduates of 2022 and 2023 graduated from ordinary colleges and universities in Hebei Province, ordinary colleges and universities outside Hebei Province with household registration in Hebei Province, and colleges and universities outside Hebei Province with household registration (including those who participated in standardized residency training as fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities and obtained a certificate of qualification in 2023). The province conducts written examinations at a unified time
Successful candidates should log on to the registration website from July 18 to July 20 to print their admission tickets. The written test will be held on July 22 from 9:00-11:00 a.m. The written examination arrangement will be announced separately on the Hebei Human Resources and Social Security Network, Hebei Talent Network and Hebei Provincial Personnel Examination Network. The province conducts a written test at a unified time, and the written test is one session, with a time of 120 minutes and a full score of 100 points. The interview is scheduled for August 5. The interview arrangement will be announced separately on Hebei Human Resources and Social Security Network, Hebei Talent Network and Hebei Provincial Personnel Examination Network. Interview candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1:3 between the planned number of recruits and the candidates entering the interview according to the written test results from high score to low score, and if the ratio is less than 1:3, it is determined according to the actual number of references. Those who have tied the last written test results in the proportion will enter the interview. Candidates who enter the interview must participate in the interview (on-site) qualification review in advance in accordance with the requirements of the notice, and candidates must provide the original documents such as household registration page, ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate and so on.
Comprehensive score = 50% of the written test score × 50% + 50% of the interview score×. If the comprehensive scores are tied, the shortlisted candidates will be determined in the following order: medical graduates who have participated in standardized residency training, those with higher written test scores, members of the Communist Party of China, and those with higher academic qualifications (degrees).
Those who fail the physical examination or voluntarily abandon the physical examination shall be disqualified from recruitment
According to the comprehensive score, the ranking is from high score to low score, and the list of candidates who enter the physical examination is determined. The time and location of the physical examination shall be notified by each city and Xiong'an New Area. If a vacancy occurs after the interview due to voluntary abandonment of recruitment qualifications or unqualified physical examination, after the study of the municipal human resources and social security department, the personnel who apply for the same position and enter the interview may be filled in order of comprehensive score from high to low (only once), if only one person participates in the interview for the position and the physical examination is unqualified or no one can be filled, it will not be filled.
Volunteers to be recruited must participate in pre-job training organized by various cities and Xiong'an New Area. After the training, it is planned to recruit volunteers to sign the "Hebei Province College Graduates "Three Supports and One Support" Program Volunteer Service Agreement with the County "Three Supports and One Support" Work Coordination and Management Office, and take up the post service within one week after the agreement is signed.

The staff of "three supports and one support" enjoy relevant benefits
The living allowance for "three supports and one support" staff shall be determined in accordance with the salary level of newly hired (hired) staff from college graduates in the township organs or public institutions where the grassroots service units of our province are located after the expiration of the probationary period, and dynamically adjusted according to the adjustment of the treatment of personnel in the same position and the level of local economic development. The monthly work-life subsidy standards for the provincial financial burden are 3,400 yuan for graduate students, 3,200 yuan for undergraduate students, and 3,000 yuan for junior college students, of which: clinicians with bachelor's degrees who have passed the standardized training of resident physicians participate in the service, and the living allowance is treated according to graduate student volunteers. Cities and counties bear expenses such as insufficient work-life subsidies.
A one-time settlement fee of 3,000 yuan will be given to newly recruited volunteers who have served for 6 months. Handle old-age, medical, and work-related injury insurance for volunteers during the service period in accordance with relevant regulations. College graduates who participate in the "three supports and one support" program, and who have completed their service and passed the assessment, can be exempted from the examination to enter the undergraduate level of adult higher education junior college.
Graduates with bachelor degree or above who participate in the "three supports and one support" plan to support medical services, after the expiration of the period and pass the assessment, will be uniformly arranged by the county-level health department to participate in the standardized training of resident physicians.
Graduates with bachelor degree or above who participate in the "three supports and one support" plan, and who have completed their service and passed the assessment, apply for the special post plan for teachers in rural compulsory education in Hebei Province, and if they meet the application conditions, 5 points will be added to the written test results.
Volunteers who have no work experience before participating in the "three supports and one support" program, who have completed their service period and passed the assessment, can equally enjoy the relevant policies for fresh graduates within two years in the recruitment (recruitment), self-employment, settlement, and further education of participating institutions, enterprises and institutions.
