In addition to arms sales to Taiwan, at the EU summit held a few days ago, the United States also took the lead in encouraging 27 countries to hype up a number of issues related to China under the guise of "safeguarding international order," and expressed "concern" about the situation in the Taiwan Strait, claiming that it opposes changing the status quo by force. This is not the first time that the United States and the West have made such statements, and at the G7 summit held in Hiroshima, the United States also took the lead in threatening to "not allow the return of Taiwan by force."
Now that the United States has hyped up similar topics again, and has also pulled together the 27 countries of the European Union, it can be seen that the United States has no intention of stopping playing the "Taiwan card", and even encourages allies to intervene in the Taiwan Strait issue in order to contain China. This also allows everyone to see clearly the hypocrisy of the United States, and the high-sounding rhetoric on the mouth of the United States is only to cover up its true intentions and want to maintain the hegemonic order of the West, so it has continuously suppressed and contained China's development during the critical period of China's rise.
As for the Taiwan Strait issue, China has long said that this is the core of China's core interests, and how to resolve the Taiwan Strait issue is Chinese its own business, and no external forces have the right to interfere. The United States has not only repeatedly violated its commitments to China, but also brazenly sent wrong signals to the island.
