Alila has 2 restaurants and 1 bar, where the art of light and shadow plays a huge role, reflecting the landscaped pool, presenting different views during the day and night.

The all-day dining restaurant Suishikou, which serves Western and Asian dishes, is currently a la carte menu. The restaurant consists of two spaces, left and right, facing the wetland.
