In order to implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and consolidate the foundation of party building in private schools, on June 29, the Hunan Provincial Private Education Association organized a symposium on party building in private schools, attended by nearly 100 people, including party secretaries and principals (chairmen) of various private schools at all levels in the province.
Under the new situation, how can private schools achieve high-quality development? Wang Jianhua, deputy secretary of the Education Working Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, member of the party leading group and first-level inspector of the Provincial Department of Education, pointed out that private schools should take party building as the guide to promote the standardized, healthy and high-quality development of schools. It is necessary to adhere to the party's overall leadership, follow the spirit and requirements of the documents of the party Central Committee and the Hunan Provincial Party Committee on strengthening the party building work in schools, attach importance to the positioning of party building work in school work, persist in running schools according to law and regulations, promote the integrated development of school party building and education and teaching management, and implement school party building work in a down-to-earth manner.
Zhang Fangping, member of the National Education Advisory Committee and president of the Provincial Private Education Association, pointed out that private schools should do a good job in party building, improve the practical results of party building, adhere to the organic unity of party leadership and governing schools according to law, ensure that party organizations play an effective role in decision-making, supervision, and implementation of major matters, and truly transform the political and organizational advantages of party building work into advantages in running schools.
At the meeting, Yin Kaiyuan, vice president of Hunan Information College, Chen Bin, vice president of Hunan University of Foreign Economics, and Hu Jiangxue, dean of Hunan Sany Industrial Vocational and Technical College, shared their experience on the school's party building work and put forward constructive opinions and suggestions on further strengthening the school's party building work.
