The competition was launched in the form of a joint innovation case lecture, inviting Liu Chengbin, deputy dean and professor of the School of Sociology of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Guo Yan, associate professor of the School of Urban Design of Wuhan University, Li Xinlong, deputy editor-in-chief and chief editor of the Party Member Life Magazine, and other grassroots party building leaders, experts and scholars and representatives of municipal "famous secretaries" to form a review team to conduct on-site guidance, review and select a number of outstanding cases from a professional perspective. By strengthening the guidance of party building, building a platform for suggestions, forming a service team, and formulating building conventions, Yanma Community in Qianjin Street allows residents to "have something to say", "have a willingness to move" and "intend to manage", effectively integrate the concept of co-creation into all aspects of building governance, and stimulate strong synergy and lasting endogenous power of community governance.
