The regimental commander Xiang Chengzi was concurrently, and Chen Guangyuan was the deputy of the regiment (protected by Ke Ding). The organizers were Wang Shizhen, Yuan Keding, Zhang Jingyao, and Chen Guangyuan. The regiment's headquarters is located in Xicheng Suntan Temple, and the regiment headquarters is located in Beihai. The soldiers are drawn by the lower officers of each division, and the middle and higher-ranking officers of each division are the lower officers of the regiment.
