The Lintao County Domestic Service Personnel Vocational Skills Competition was successfully held

In order to continue to polish the "Linxiaomei" housekeeping service brand, focus on improving the comprehensive quality and professional skill level of housekeeping service practitioners in our county, and promote the high-quality development of the housekeeping service industry in the county, on June 17, the county's domestic service personnel vocational skills competition was successfully held.

Deputy County Magistrate Du Ling attended the opening ceremony of the competition and delivered a speech. She hoped that the domestic service practitioners in the county would take this competition as an opportunity to fully demonstrate the skill, high-quality service and professionalism of "Linxiaomei", continue to play a typical exemplary role, continuously promote the development of housekeeping services to refinement, standardization and professionalism, continue to polish the "Linxiaomei" housekeeping brand, and build the housekeeping service industry into a loving project and a heart-warming project that the people are satisfied with.

At the opening ceremony, the domestic workers who won the title of "Most Beautiful Housekeeper" in Dingxi City in 2022 were commended, and condolences were expressed to the troubled housekeeping service staff.

With the theme of "A New Journey of Building Dreams and Building a New Era of Home Economics", the skills competition is divided into two parts: theoretical knowledge and practical operation. In practice, 4 items of home cleaning, maternal and child care, elderly care, and sorting and storage were set up, and 64 "Linxiaomei" groups carried out various skill competitions in accordance with standard procedures, standardized processes and safety skills, and they turned into gold medal confinement sisters, nursing experts, and professional chefs, demonstrating their skillful techniques and professional skills. Food making skills, as the core skills of domestic service workers, were displayed in the final session. In front of the nutritious, beautifully shaped confinement meals and family meals, everyone visited each other, learned from each other, and exchanged ideas.

After fierce competition, the gold medals, experts, excellent and excellent organization awards in four projects of home cleaning, maternal and child care, elderly care and tidying and storage were finally selected, and the winners were commended.

This vocational skills competition is sponsored by the County Women's Federation and the County Federation of Trade Unions, and a domestic service personnel skills competition undertaken by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the County Education Bureau, the County Domestic Service Industry Association, and the County Domestic Service Industry Trade Union Federation, and is also the second Lintao County Domestic Service Personnel Vocational Skills Competition, the main purpose is to effectively build a display platform for the majority of domestic service personnel skills competition, exchange and learning, continue to polish the "Linxiaomei" domestic service brand, and strive to improve the comprehensive quality and professional skill level of domestic service practitioners in our county.
