The ancestors of the Ban family were once quite broad, and their ancestors, Yin Ziwen, were said to have grown up eating tiger milk, and the Chu people called the tiger a class, so Ziwen's descendants took "Ban" as their surname. Ling Yin was equivalent to the prime minister, and Ziwen had served as the first assistant of the Chu state for three times, and was a famous sage in the Spring and Autumn Period, who made outstanding contributions to the strength of the Chu state and the struggle for hegemony in the north.
Ban Jieyu has no name, Jieyu is not a name, it is a rank of imperial concubines in the feudal era. In fact, called Guifei or not, called Jieyu, Guiye, they have a unified name, that is, "Little Wife", Ban Jieyu's husband is Liu Xiao, the Emperor of Hancheng. In that era, marrying a wife and a concubine, there are different standards, in general, marrying a wife and marrying a virtuous, a concubine Na se, Ban Jieyu is a high standard for herself, strict requirements, everywhere according to the standard of the right wife to demand herself, Ban Jieyu's label is "virtuous", "talented", "resentful woman", of course, Ban Jieyu is also quite beautiful, but it is suppressed by Zhao Feiyan and Zhao Hede sisters.
Ban Jieyu's "morality" is prominently manifested as "resignation". When Liu Xiao was very fond of Ban Jieyu, he once specially customized a luxury car (辇) with an enlarged length so that the two of them could travel together, and as a result, Ban Jieyu refused with a straight face: "I heard that the ancient sages were accompanied by virtuous ministers, and only the king of the fallen country was inseparable from the woman, if you want me to sit in the same car with you today, then are you not the same as the king of the fallen country?" Right tightly, but also boring tightly, after the red-faced Liu Xiao nodded his head, he no longer bothered this reserved and self-respecting goddess, and went to mingle with the women who were looking forward to being with him.
In order to show that she had the virtue of "not being jealous", Ban Jieyu also dedicated her maid Li Pingjin to Emperor Cheng, and Li Ping was also given the title of Jieyu.
Liu Xiao quickly found two stunning dancers, Zhao Feiyan and Zhao Hede, and brought them to the palace. After the Zhao sisters were favored, they danced in the palace and attacked from all sides, and in order to avoid their persecution, Ban Jieyu had to take the initiative to ask to accompany her mother-in-law, Empress Wang, quit the battle for favors, and seek the protection of the empress. Lonely lamp cold, Ban Jieyu is not desolate, how can she not understand, she has both moral integrity and ability, why did she lose to those two talentless and immoral little troublemakers?
Ban Jieyu is perfect, and the wrong object is Liu Xiao. Even if it was placed in the Dark King's Pile, Liu Xiao could be regarded as the ceiling of the lower body animal. The Zhao sisters could not give birth to children, so they did not allow other women to have children, and in order to calm Zhao Hede's anger, Liu Xiao personally strangled the sons of other concubines, so that he had no offspring, and the throne could only be inherited by his nephews. "Gentle Township" is a word made by Liu Xiao, who called Zhao Hede "Gentle Township" and "I was a township and could not imitate Emperor Wu to ask Baiyun Township." Liu Xiao said: "As long as you can die in Zhao Hede's gentle arms, even the immortal immortals don't want to do it." He did what he said, and finally died in Zhao Hede's arms at the age of 45, because of the alcohol invading the bone.
Ban Jieyu, who fell out of favor, spent the rest of her life by writing gifts and poems, and wrote a lot, the most famous of which was "Complaint Song Line", also known as "Tuan Fan Song":
"Fresh cracks, fresh as frost and snow."
Cut into acacia fans, cluster like a bright moon.
In and out of the sleeves of the king's arms, shake the breeze hair.
Often afraid of the autumn solstice, cool and hot.
In the midst of abandonment, grace is in the end. ”
This poem successfully established Ban Jieyu's status as a beautiful writer, and also successfully established her image of a resentful woman. Autumn fans see donations, autumn winds see abandonment, autumn wind fans, become the classic image of classical culture.
Ban Jieyu's ending was in the old death palace, and in that era, this was a good ending. The scumbag of that era, he liked a woman, would let her become his own woman, responsible for the earth and the heavens; the modern scumbag, who specializes in disturbing other people's wives, is only ambiguous and not responsible. In the past, the scumbags used their own wealth to express their feelings, which was nothing more than the problem of putting the east wing or the west wing; the modern scumbags threatened women with not giving you a raise and promotion, letting you work to support the family, and using public power and public resources. In contrast, it is still the scum of ancient times who harms a little, only harms their own acres and three-quarters of land, and does not harm society.
Ban Jieyu has a younger brother named Ban Zhi, Ban Zhi's son is Ban Biao, Ban Biao's sons and daughters are Ban Gu, Ban Chao, and Ban Zhao, and Ban Zhao should be called Ban Jie Yu's aunt and grandmother. Ban Biao's family is no less powerful than Sansu!
Under the influence of his father and brother, Ban Zhao was knowledgeable and talented, and at the age of fourteen, he married his fellow villager Cao Shishu, who died early, and Ban Zhao pulled several children who were waiting to be fed alone.
The eldest brother Ban Gu was framed and killed in prison, the "Book of Han" could not be written, Han and Emperor heard that Ban Zhao was very talented, so he let her continue to write the "Book of Han", she helped her brother complete the unfinished business, becoming the first female historian in the history of our country.
Emperor Han and Emperor Han saw that Ban Zhao was not only very learned, but also had a degree of progress and retreat, and when he stopped Zhuang Zheng, he let her be a teacher to the concubines of the harem, and let the concubines honor her as "Cao Everyone (Yingu)", and when they came and went, Ban Zhao became a girlfriend of the second empress of Emperor He, Deng Sui.
Emperor Han and Emperor had a short life, and the children left behind were also very young, and Deng Sui was regent for sixteen years as empress dowager. As a learned girlfriend, Ban Zhao played a full role, and she often gave advice to Deng Sui and provided historical references. It should be said that Deng Sui was able to show the talents of Lü Yan and Wu Zetian in the patriarchal society, but did not leave the notoriety of Lü and Wu, of which There was a credit to Ban Zhao.
In his later years, Ban Zhao wrote a book "Female Commandment", which became a textbook for women in the feudal era, and the "Female Commandment" preached the superiority of men over women, required women to be obedient, and even condoned domestic violence, which greatly imprisoned women's thinking and freedom. Are you really running the train with your mouth full of mouths, do you continue to write the "Book of Han", become the master of the imperial concubine, write to ask for your brother's life, and earn an official position for your son, relying on the humble and indisputable, unintelligent and ignorant? So, just listening to what she said, she was taken into the ditch, and I had to open my eyes to see what she did.
