In 1999, he won the Saint Edelweiss Cup Quick Chess Championship, and in the same year, he won the team championship of the Chinese Go League in Chongqing. In 2000, he won the National Individual Championship and the 2001 NEC Cup. Winner of the 10th Samsung Cup World Go Open.
The sport of Go has been popular in Longhua for a long time, and since 2016, Longhua has invited a number of top Go world champions at home and abroad to visit. In November 2020, the Shenzhen Hongfa team of the Chinese Go League settled in Longhua, which injected surging power into the Longhua Go movement. The relevant person in charge of Longhua District said that the establishment of the famous sports artist Luo Xianhe Studio will open a new chapter in the historic history of the Shenzhen Go industry, continuously promote the prosperity and development of Shenzhen Go, promote the development of culture and sports in Longhua District, and expand the popularization and audience level of Go culture.
