Zhuge Liang (181–234), courtesy name Kong Ming , was a native of Langya, Xuzhou (present-day Linyi, Shandong).
In Chinese history, Zhuge Liang was the embodiment of wisdom: he strategized and won a decisive victory. However, Zhuge Liang's talent also has its "negative effects", and at the same time as he "gaishi", he also covers his subordinates. It's like Zhuge Liang is a towering tree, and under its canopy, it is difficult for other trees to rise into the clouds.
Zhuge Liang's shortcomings are not good at using people, and compared with Cao Cao, Sun Quan and Liu Bei, Zhuge Liang's employment standards, strategies and means are obviously inferior. In the late Shu Han Dynasty, the talents of "no generals in Shu, Liao Hua as a pioneer" withered away, and Zhuge Liang had a great responsibility, and the talents he wasted included at least five people, including Wei Yan, Li Yan, Peng Xi, Liu Feng, and Xiang Lang.

The first talent to be wasted was Wei Yan. In the late Shu Han Dynasty, the most outstanding military general was Wei Yan. Wei Yan was capable, and while Liu Bei was alive, he was able to act alone as the Taishou of the strategic hanzhong.
However, after Liu Bei's death, in kong Ming's hands, Wei Yan, who had the qualities of a main general, was not reused. Zhuge Liang's biggest mistake was not to adopt Wei Yan's strange plan to attack Chang'an in the Meridian Valley, and if Zhuge Liang could pay attention to Wei Yan's construction strategy, it is likely that the Northern Expedition would be able to achieve great success. In addition, Zhuge Liang even designed to kill Wei Yan before his death in order to guard against him.
In this way, a general ended his life in the infighting, rather than dying on the battlefield, which was a pity, wasting a handsome man of the Shu kingdom.
The second talent that is not reused is Li Yan.
Li Yan was one of Liu Bei's two ministers (the other being Zhuge Liang) before his death, a major minister of the Shu Han Dynasty, and a great talent for governing the army and government. When Li Yan served as a Taishou, he once used only 5,000 people to solve the rebellion led by Ma Qin and Gao Sheng, and later quelled the attack on Xindao County by Gao Ding, the barbarian leader of Yuewei County.
But unfortunately, Li Yan and Zhuge Liang are not people in the same camp, and their concepts of handling things are also different, so they are not welcomed by Zhuge Liang. In 231 AD, when the Shu army was on the Northern Expedition, it rained, the roads were muddy, and Li Yan escorted the transportation of grain and grass for a long time, so that Zhuge Liang found an excuse to dismiss the official, was deposed as a civilian, and was no longer used, so that Shu Han lost a super-first-class talent.
The third talent who did not play his due role was Peng Xi.
Not many people knew Peng Xi's name, but he was another very wise military master of the Shu Han Dynasty besides Zhuge Liang. When Liu Bei was alive, he repeatedly ordered Peng Xi to pass on military information and instruct the generals, and Peng Xi was very satisfied with his performance and was increasingly appreciated. Liu Bei entered Yizhou, and after receiving the yizhou pastor, he appointed him to serve as the governor of The Prefecture. However, Zhuge Liang did not like him, and repeatedly secretly told Liu Bei that Peng Xi was "broad-minded and broad-minded, and it is difficult to be safe."
Liu Bei saw Zhuge Liang say this and decided to alienate Peng Xi, so he degraded him as Jiangyang Taishou. Peng Xi saw that he would be sent to a foreign country, and his heart was displeased, and when he met with Ma Chao, he said, "The old ge is absurd, but it can be restored to the evil!", "Qing is outside, I am inside, and the world is not fixed enough." Ma Chao was horrified when he heard this, and denounced Peng Xi, who was imprisoned and imprisoned, and finally Peng Xi was executed at the age of thirty-seven.
The fourth example is Liu Feng.
Liu Feng was also a relatively powerful figure during the Three Kingdoms period, an all-rounder of literature and martial arts. He was also Liu Bei's son. However, when Liu Bei gave birth to his own child, Liu Feng began to be unpopular with Zhuge Liang, who was afraid that this person had taken Liu Chan's place.
Although Zhuge Liang is based on Liu's Jiangshan considerations, in the present, this is an act of foolish loyalty. Later, when Guan Yu was under siege, Liu Feng did not intervene to save him, which provoked Liu Bei's anger. Zhuge Liang took the opportunity to speak to Liu Bei and asked him to kill Liu Feng. If Zhuge Liang had not suggested that Liu Bei kill Liu Feng, Liu Feng could have replaced Liu Chan to take the throne, and the revival of Shu Han would not have become hopeless.
The fifth person who did not reuse was called Xiang Lang.
This person's academic background is very famous, and his master is Sima Hui, the water mirror mr. known as the Three Kingdoms Ghost Valley. Therefore, with Zhuge Liang, Pang Tong and others can also be regarded as a brotherhood relationship, the ability is naturally not too low.
Xiang Lang began as a county magistrate under Liu Biao. Later, he transferred to Liu Bei's command and became another important talent in the Shu kingdom. In the early days of the establishment of the Shu state, Xiang Lang was also devoted to liu Bei's rise. Zhuge Liang waved his northern expedition and lost all because of the Ma Mo Street Pavilion, at this time, Xiang Lang and Zhuge Liang had a fierce argument.
Xiang Lang believed that the Shu Han Liang generals were already few, and now the Shu Liang generals were nothing more than cutting off their hands and siblings, and it was inevitable that there would be defeats in the war, and the former emperor once said that Ma Mo's strength lay in the strategy before the battle, not in hiring the battlefield, and it was zhuge Liang's dereliction of duty to let Ma Mo charge into the battlefield.
Zhuge Liang said, I am punished by asking for a demotion of three levels, and Ma Mo must be cut off, even if there is no one available, state discipline should still be strictly observed.

After this argument, Zhuge Liang killed Ma Mo and ordered xiang Lang to be demoted, and this demotion was twenty years. A talent at the level of a military division was wasted by Zhuge Liang.
Here are only examples of Zhuge Liang wasting several heavyweight talents of the Shu Han Dynasty because of short-sightedness, seeking perfection and blame, arrogance, and retaliation. He has great drawbacks in using talent.
Ten years of trees, a hundred years of tree people. Zhuge Liang was responsible for the demise of the Shu Han Dynasty decades later.
