In the interior of São Paulo, facing a well-preserved forest, this 1200 square meter house was built to take advantage of the landscape and topography. Casa La Dinda is the dream of our clients who go through every stage of their projects and work. It is a one-story building, so it is built a little underground, guaranteeing privacy and breathtaking views. After passing through a bulky façade, the occupants are already facing the view of the living room, a beautiful open landscape, like a painting, seeing themselves in the treetops. Residents appreciate Uruguay very much, especially the Atacama region, so the arid environment and colors are a reference throughout the house. The combination of natural materials such as soft stone and wood is the palette used in the interior environment and even the mulch. It has no upper level, all the environment is integrated in a U-shape, around a recreational area connected to the reserve - it will always be there. The social and private areas face the same space. Two winter gardens separate the ends of the house, relaxing areas and intimate areas. The kitchen countertops are finished with polished natural stone veneers and finished with grey tones of joinery. The monochrome effect appears a lot in office projects. Always retain the tone on the tone. In the restaurant, blinds bring light and shadow effects, and soft stone complements the environment. Inverted black baseboards form a lightweight frame that accompanies the entire house. The gastronomic space includes a large island that integrates the family, as well as woodworking in shades of gray. In addition, it is a great frame for the living room landscape. The infinity pool is darkly coated to complement the old wooden deck. In addition to central air conditioning, the entire house is designed to be sustainable, with photovoltaic energy and reuse water for irrigation.
