BYD confirmed: New Song PLUS is available this month! Upgrade the same suspension of the Tang, price recognition?

Zhidian Mobility learned that BYD's new Song PLUS DM-i will be launched in late June at the earliest, and the starting price of the new car is expected to be 149,800 yuan, and the price of other versions will be reduced by about 6,000-7,000 yuan compared with the current model. The new Song PLUS DM-i will have the FSD rear suspension upgraded, and the 51km version of the new model is expected to be cancelled to focus on the 110km version, and a 150km version will be added (delivery as soon as September).

The new Song PLUS DM-i adopts the same design as the seal, with a banner-type grille on the front face, air knife decoration added to the air intakes on both sides of the bumper, little change on the side of the car, the rear license plate frame has been moved up, and the bumper shape and trim have been adjusted. The interior of the new car has been adjusted to the details, the steering wheel "Song" logo has been adjusted to BYD, the same gear lever of the seal has been replaced, and the surrounding button area has been redesigned. It is understood that the new car will also provide an exclusive interior in the future, which is expected to be launched after the launch.

At present, the new Song PLUS DM-i has only declared a 1.5L DM-i 110km model, and the 1.5T DM-i four-wheel drive model may be retained. The 1.5-liter engine has a maximum output of 81kW and a peak torque of 135Nm, while the electric motor has a maximum output of 145kW and a peak torque of 325Nm. The new model is equipped with a battery pack with a capacity of 18.316 kWh, with a pure electric range of 85 km (110 km for NEDC conditions) and a fuel consumption of 5.3 liters per 100 km/h.
