On this day, as the backbone leading enterprise of the mainland's new energy high-end equipment manufacturing industry, Mingyang Group finally signed an investment cooperation agreement with Shiqiu District among many options for the ultra-large onshore wind turbine and key core components intelligent manufacturing industrial park project.
This is an important project in the construction of a 100-billion-level new energy equipment manufacturing industrial cluster, after completion, the industrial park will become the largest inland wind power machine manufacturing capacity, the highest concentration of core components, the most complete localized industrial support, the largest single capacity of new energy equipment manufacturing base. The first phase of the project can bring an output value of more than 20 billion yuan, profits and taxes of more than 500 million yuan, and solve the employment of more than 1,000 people.

On July 8, 2022, the first steel column of the Mingyang project was successfully lifted, and the plant was transferred from the foundation project to the main engineering construction stage;
