Fugao Village Miaotangwan, Fengqiao Bay, Jushan Chong and other places are the necessary places for tourists to go to Beishan Forest Park. In 2022, Fugao Village relied on the forest park to list these three places as Hemei rural construction points, and after more than half a year of intense construction, construction projects such as road quality improvement, plum cultural center, beautiful vegetable garden, Qinglian village residence, house façade transformation, shared park, concentric park, and environmental improvement were completed one by one, and the appearance of Fugao Village was renewed.

Under the leadership of the village secretary, Fugao Village worked together to promote the progress of the Hemei Rural Construction Point project under the premise of ensuring quality and quantity, which was successfully completed at the end of 2022, and was selected as a demonstration observation point for livable and workable and beautiful rural construction in Changsha County. During the construction process, the villagers at the demonstration site raised nearly 1,200 working hours and materials of about 50,000 yuan, saving nearly 250,000 yuan in capital expenditure for the construction of the project.

Miaotangwan, Fengqiao Bay and other Fugao Villages and Mei Rural Demonstration Sites rely on Beishan Provincial Forest Park to connect ecological green and pastoral scenery into pearls, highlight the "Fu" and "Mei" culture, and create a beautiful and livable village that integrates landscape and water, and integrates humanities. Guided by "party committee guidance, branch promotion, party member leadership, village sages in charge, and village democracy", the demonstration point project fully integrates the Changjiazhai scenic spot of Beishan Forest Park and the surrounding resources of golden tribute pomelo and kiwifruit planting bases, attracts tourists with the environment, retains tourists with industry, promotes the coordinated development of local homestays, catering and leisure tourism, and creates a beautiful countryside suitable for living, working and traveling.

Li Miao, a villager in Fugao Village, said that some frequent visitors to the forest park have reflected that the appearance of the village has changed greatly when buying agricultural and sideline products, and some tourists have consulted the information of housing rental in the village, because the scenery and environment are ideal, and they want to rent a house here for a permanent stay.
