After a moment of silence, the "Song of Flowers" was played, and 18 ceremonial soldiers lifted the flower basket with the sound of music, picked up the steps and walked up the steps to the Monument to the Revolutionary Martyrs, and placed the flower basket neatly on the base of the monument.
Meng Fanli slowly stepped forward, carefully arranged the ribbons of the flower basket, and bowed in salute. Subsequently, the municipal leaders and cadres and mass representatives from all walks of life who participated in the activity presented flowers and visited the martyrs' monument in turn.
