　　Ma Lin, male, Han ethnicity, born in July 1956, Qinshui, Shanxi, member of the Communist Party of China, university degree, began working in October 1974, joined the Communist Party of China in May 1986.

　　From October 1974 to December 1977, Zhiqing, Mengpeng Commune, Zhenkang County, Lincang District;

　　From December 1977 to March 1978, he worked in the Foreign Trade Bureau of Lincang Bureau;

　　From March 1978 to December 1981, he studied highways in the Department of Road and Bridge Department of Chongqing Institute of Architecture and Engineering.

　　From December 1981 to June 1992, he worked in the Traffic Bureau of Lincang Bureau, successively serving as deputy section chief, deputy director and director of the traffic section;
