Travelogue - Mauritius: Honeymoon tour, catch up with the sun before the typhoon on the first day

author:Ako Nikki

After all the hard work of pouring tea and toasting tea, we had to pack up our wedding supplies and luggage before we had time to rest, and we had to put up our ears to listen to the Observatory report - Hong Kong hung The No. 3 wind balloon. I was so sleepy that I didn't have the energy to worry and continued to pack my things and let Mr. B Check the situation at the airport.

Finally, the Observatory hangs Wind Balloon Number Eight at night. We left half an hour early to wait for the bus and entered the airport early.

At that time, the sky did not sprinkle half a bit of rain, the wind was not very strong, only to see the waste paper and garbage flying around, but when we put the luggage in the cabin and then left the country, the tarmac became like this:

Fortunately, our route did not collide with the path of the typhoon, and we only delayed for half an hour before boarding. As soon as they boarded the plane, the flight staff quickly took care of all the work and took off quickly.

Honestly, I was really sleepy at the time, and even the most sleepy air currents didn't affect my desire to sleep, but it was the bad seat mentioned earlier that made me lose sleep:

1. Seat bit even the always easy-going Mr. B is too narrow – he is a long-legged man of nearly six feet;

2. There is a large piece of unknown black at the bottom of the seat that takes up half of the foot position– hence Mr. B put his Hand carry by the window where I was sitting, and then my hand carry continued to stay next to the black thing, you say, do I still have room to move like this medium-sized? Yes, the storage space above the seats is always open for us, but it is too troublesome to take it up and down, and it will disturb the sleep of others if we are not careful, so we have always used it less.

So I stayed up until dinner time, and Mr. .B woke up. Because of our friends' previous experiences, none of us had any expectations for this flight meal. And as I expected, I spit out the only mouthful I had ever eaten.

Then I had to continue to fall asleep, to wake up... Wait for sunrise.

Mao Hang's flight attendant was not very friendly, we only dared to take a few photos when she was not there, and then quickly closed the window, and then we did not dare to open the window again until the plane landed.

The view from the window taught us to marvel. The blue sea, the emerald green mountains, the high and low, and the beautiful lines under the shadow of the white clouds taught us the two cities that set off in the storm.

However, it is still very sleepy.

After disembarking, the black gas continued. We quickly found a driver to pick us up, but a few mainland tourists in the same car could not find it, or did not print the voucher at all, so we waited in the car for half an hour before we could leave.

Sleepy, but I did not miss the scenery along the way, especially the sugar cane fields during the harvest season.

About an hour later, we arrived at the tropical Angsana Balaclava Resort.

After receiving the waiter's delicious aloe vera weelcoming drink, we waited for the check in while taking a photo.

After listening to the guide's introduction/recommendation, we continued to wait for the next step of the hotel staff on this beautiful balcony (they said that after the hotel room was cleaned, someone would take our luggage to the room for us), but we waited and waited for half an hour, but no one paid attention to us.

Then I remembered that it was early in the morning, and there should be no time to check in. When asked, it was true!

So we hurried to call a taxi out of Port Louis.

Along the way, the chatty driver shared with us a lot of information about Maurijos, especially cheaper, super-located in non-tourist areas, places to shop with locals, and the passage from Maurijos only sugar cane fields, to the introduction of Chinese foreign businessmen, and then to the introduction of Korean and Japanese foreign businessmen.

For those cheap places, we don't have time or the heart to visit (who wants to come to Mauricius to buy cashmere, designer brands and diamonds?). It's too early to go to the supermarket to buy a night. I was concerned about the factories that didn't have the locals investing in, but soon the driver took us from the field to the city, stopped at the post office, made an appointment with us for the return time and time, gave us cards, and left.

Port Louis was more than I thought... Dilapidated and deserted. It seems that postcards and websites have whitewashed it fiercely.

Well, if you come here, you can go to the waterfront square and talk about it.

Said good colored umbrella, not colorful at all.

In fact, this square does not look very old, the asphalt is new, but perhaps under the fierce sunshine of Mauricius, the artificial colors are difficult to last. However, I chose to come to this place on a cloudy day, so it was even more listless everywhere, including tourists.

The only thing that is more interesting about this square is a few Art Gallery, others are famous brand stores, not very good souvenir shops and unattractive restaurants.

After walking nearly two laps, we returned empty-handed to an Italian fast food restaurant by the sea to settle down.

Don't laugh at me going to Maurijos and not eating Maurijos, there is no one selling authentic food except for a black hemp restaurant in the distance.

And this meal of Italian cuisine... Well, the price is not excessive, about eighty Hong Kong dollars per person to eat, but the quality of the food...

That's okay, maybe the legend that Central Market, which has a lot of bargains, will attract me!

Practical tips

1. Sitting on Mauricius Aviation, with a neck pillow and dry food is a must.

2. I learned the lesson of going to Turkey, and I didn't forget to bring two coats when I went to the tropics. The weather was a bit cool in Mauricius on a cloudy day. Well...... I went in late winter, maybe it's a lot hotter in the summer?

3. Don't try to ask a taxi driver to take you to eat or buy something, for reasons I'll cover in more detail later in your travelogue.

4. The security of the seaside in Port Louis is very good, and everyone can travel with peace of mind.
