[Q]: Last year, Douglas's pavilion was mainly based on home scenes, and this year it focused on product display, what is the reason for the readjustment?

[Douglas Pays Peace]: Similar to the triple realm, the first mountain is a mountain, the middle mountain is not a mountain, and the last mountain is still a mountain. The custom design of rock slab home has made a breakthrough, and material innovation and research and development will be put back on the agenda. We will set the future development direction as home 4.0, one is to personalize customization with standardized products, the other is to make greater breakthroughs in materials and functions, the third is innovative application, construction and service, and the fourth is the integration of rock slab home and smart home and new materials.

Q:What do you think Douglas' prospects for personalization are?

[Douglas Pay Peace]: Nowadays, personalized customization is not only a 1+1 model, we are already laying out real estate hardcover houses, but this is between standard and non-standard. Standard, refers to the sale of the real estate, the developer to do fine decoration, will provide the owner with standard tiles, materials; non-standard, refers to let the owner freely choose, for example, I do not like this desk, but like that desk, this table may be non-standard. In the future, there will be a trend of customization of quantity scale and personalized service.

Scale will become a development trend, but at the same time it is personalized, and each company is different.

【Q】: Black technology and intelligence are the two major trends in the development of kitchen and bathroom, what kind of layout does Douglas have in these two directions?

[Douglas Pays Peace]: As an Italian brand, technological innovation is the core advantage of Douglas, so we are more focused on black technology. Of course, we will also combine existing applications to promote intelligence, such as installing chips into tiles, adjusting the humidity of the environment, and even judging the owner's living habits; for example, applying the graphene heat conduction function to the desktop, you can do teppanyaki on it.

【Q】: Nowadays, tile brands pay more attention to the integration of design and art, how does Douglas, as a brand that combines Art and Industry in Italy, plan the direction of this piece?

[Douglas FuPing]: Douglas has always attached importance to the status of design, different from the traditional industry's value of the back-end application design, our design began in the research and development stage, throughout the entire product production and supply chain process, fully highlight the product temperament. We hope that the product has its own charm, without too much whitewashing and processing, we can achieve the full expression of the aura.

【Q】: In the past six months, the ceramic tile industry has declined very quickly, how do you see the environmental trend, and do you have confidence?

Douglas Pays Peace: I don't think it had much of an impact on Douglas. Although the total demand of the industry has declined, we are a high-end brand, consumer acceptance has not been greatly affected, the market will always have demand, always do their own line, do not blindly expand, to know how to operate.

【Q】:What are Douglas' investment plans?

[Douglas Pays Peace]: Attracting investment is an ongoing process. With the development of the economy, the demand for high-end brands is getting bigger and bigger, Douglas dealers were originally concentrated in first- and second-tier cities, and now the third- and fourth-tier cities are also developing well, such as Guangxi Yulin, Hubei Enshi, and so on. Consumers love Douglas products.
