Newcomer Geng Sihan released his debut solo album "Shell _ Life", using songs to record the story of the past ten months, he was previously in a wheelchair due to a leg injury caused by exercise, and in the face of the low tide of work suspension, he still did not accept defeat to complete the album.

After his debut in 2014 from "The Voice of China", Geng Sihan has successively stood on many music programs such as "The Battle of Tianlai", "Singer" and "King of the Sound Forest", and the MV of the first wave of the main song "Shell Life" uses bubbles to symbolize vision and pure but fragile dreams, wires wrapped around the whole body to metaphorize the pain of encountering difficulties on the road to growth, and tearing down plaster statues to convey the strength to break the past and start over.
Gengshan confessed that the scene of the plaster statue was the most sympathetic, "because this is exactly what I am experiencing at this moment, and I believe that I have such courage." 」 In addition, a scene of falling backwards in weightlessness also gave Geng Sihan a psychological test, saying that although there were staff members on standby behind him, it took a while to overcome the tension. Geng Sihan recalled the shooting of the day and laughed: "I fell directly on the ground with an ass, and I couldn't help but cry out in pain, but it was good that the results were OK at once, otherwise it was really torturous!" 」

In addition to liking music, Geng Sihan also loves "cycling", revealing that he has a full set of professional cycling clothes, from Nanjing, he once went to Taiwan to ride around the island twice, encountered a typhoon in a journey, but did not have comprehensive preparation, fortunately with the enthusiastic help of the locals to successfully complete the journey, so that Geng Sihan left a super high favorability for Taiwan.
