On April 23, at the celebration meeting of the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the Inkstone Culture Research Branch of the China Yanhuang Culture Research Association, the Inkstone Culture Research Branch and Beijing Arts and Crafts Publishing House jointly held the release of the second batch of new books of the "Chinese Inkstone Culture Collection" in Beijing, and grandly launched five new books in the first, middle and lower parts of "Inkstone Spring and Autumn", "Duanyan" and "Inkstone Literature of Past Dynasties", marking the "new partner" of the "Huidian" family to officially meet with the vast number of friends and readers in the inkstone world.

It is reported that the "Chinese Inkstone Culture Dictionary" is a large-scale traditional cultural monograph led by the China Yanhuang Culture Research Association and edited by the Inkstone Culture Research Branch of the Chinese Yanhuang Culture Research Association, which comprehensively and systematically studies and records the generation, evolution, development and current situation of mainland Yantai culture. The compilation work was initiated in July 2012 by Liu Hongjun, then vice president of the China Yanhuang Culture Research Association and president of the Inkstone Culture Federation, and formed a compilation team of more than 100 experts, scholars, sculptors and collectors from the national inkstone industry. The compilation of the "Huidian" was highly valued and supported by Xu Jialu, vice chairman of the 9th and 10th National People's Congress and then president of the Chinese Yanhuang Culture Research Association, who personally served as the honorary director of the editorial and review committee and wrote the "General Preface" in his own handwriting; In 2016, it was included in the important research project of the China Yanhuang Culture Research Association, and an editorial review committee composed of Liu Hongjun and Zhang Xiqing as the director, Wang Zhenzhong, Liu Qingzhu, Ren Dayuan, Ge Chengyong, Zhang Fuwang, Zhang Shufen, Cai Hongru and other authoritative experts, professors and scholars in the fields of mainland history, cultural relics, archaeology and social sciences was established. The Huidian is divided into eight volumes, namely: "Inkstone History Volume", "Tibetan Inkstone Volume", "Inkstone Scroll", "Literature Volume", "Inkstone Seed Volume", "Craft Volume", "Inscription Volume", and "Biographical Volume". Each sub-volume contains several volumes of the basic bibliography, totaling 26 volumes.

In July 2021, the first batch of 11 new books were released in Beijing Huaxia Antique City, which were highly praised by the cultural and art circles, and Xu Jialu, vice chairman of the 9th and 10th National People's Congress, commented: Chi is the first "encyclopedia" of inkstone culture in the mainland, which not only sorts out and summarizes the brilliant history of Yantai culture, but also fully records and displays the current situation and research results of contemporary inkstone culture, which is not only highly academic, but also has the function of popularizing to the public.
