According to the official website of the Sanyuan County Government of Xianyang City, the leadership team of the Sanyuan County Government has recently appointed two new deputy county governors.
One is He Ying, a female deputy county magistrate of the "post-85 generation".
One is Zhang Zhengjun, who was transferred from the Weicheng branch of Xianyang City to the deputy head of the Sanyuan County People's Government and director of the county public security bureau.
Public resumes show that He Ying, female, Han ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, was born in January 1985.
In August 2007, he was appointed as the assistant mayor and deputy mayor of Xialiang Town, Zaoshui County, Shangluo City;
In January 2010, he was appointed as the deputy director and chief clerk of the Department of Education, Science and Culture of the Provincial Department of Finance;
In July 2016, he was appointed as the chief clerk of the International Cooperation Division of the Provincial Department of Finance;
In June 2019, he was appointed as the first-level director of the Foreign Cooperation Department of the Provincial Department of Finance;
In December 2019, he was appointed as the deputy director of the Foreign Cooperation Department of the Provincial Department of Finance;
Since February 2021, he has been the deputy county magistrate of Mihara County (suspended for two years).
Zhang Zhengjun, born in September 1967, joined the Communist Party of China in June 1997, graduated from Chinese Min public Security University majoring in public administration, with a university degree.
In August 1989, after graduating from the Shaanxi Provincial People's Police School, Zhang Zhengjun entered the Qindu Branch of the Xianyang Municipal Public Security Bureau, and successively served as a trainee police officer at the Shuangzhao Police Station, a clerk at the Shuangzhao Police Station, a section member of the Chen Yangzhai Police Station, a deputy director of the Mazhuang Police Station, and a director of the Weiyang West Road Police Station.

Since February 2021, he has served as deputy county magistrate of Sanyuan County, secretary of the Party Committee and director of the Public Security Bureau, and senior police chief of the fourth level.
Sanyuan, historically known as "Jiayi", was called "Chiyang" in ancient times, and was named after the Menghouyuan, Fengyuan and Bailuyuan in the territory.
