On September 2, Luzhou City received a mass petition from the Fifth Central Ecological and Environmental Protection Supervision Group, reflecting that the garbage transfer station in the Junde Mingyuan Community in Longmatan District had not yet been delivered, and the garbage was piled up in the underground parking lot, affecting the living environment of residents. After receiving the letter, Longmatan District immediately formed a special work class and went to the scene for verification on the same day. After investigation, because the Junde Mingyuan community has just been delivered, the occupancy rate is not high, and the garbage transfer station in the community has not been put into use. Some time ago, without the consent of the owner, the property company temporarily piled up domestic garbage in the rainwater well pump room on the second floor of the underground parking lot, and did not transfer and deal with it in time according to regulations, resulting in a peculiar smell of domestic garbage.
