Every time I come to interview the Paralympic Games, my mood is different. From the beginning of the paralympic games, the eyes are full of regret and sympathy for the trauma of the athletes' bodies, to now they can communicate and laugh like friends, and there is more natural and harmony between them. In fact, in addition to the accumulation of their own interview experience, more athletes are slowly transforming.

I still remember that when I first met Zou Liankang, he was still a very small and shy little boy who spoke with strangers and never dared to look at each other's eyes. Later goodbye, he is already a Rio Paralympic champion, then Zou Liankang talked, the words are full of gratitude to the country, parents and coaches, especially those handsome, confident eyes, ready to meet you sparkling. Goodbye this year, Zou Liankang has become a father, and he has a new understanding of life. From his gentle gaze, we see a husband's care for the family, a father's responsibility, and more concern for the elders of the family.

When Qian Hongyan first entered people's sight, she was like a frightened bird that often hid behind Coach Zhang Honghu, and she always dodged the reporters' "long guns and short cannons" and was reluctant to say more. Now facing the camera, Qian Hongyan smiles particularly brightly, will show the reporter the crystal nails he just made, and will beautifully comb his hair before the interview. There is also Pan Shiyun, who has participated in the five Paralympic Games, from the gold medalist who dominates the swimming world, to the big brother in charge of the team now... In each of them, I felt strongly the transformation and strength of their hearts. Sports are like a master key, slowly opening the door of their closed Dao Dao heart with the outside world.

As Zhang Honghu, head coach of the Yunnan Paralympic Swimming Team, said, sports can not only help disabled athletes restore physical function and improve physical fitness, but also help them regain their self-confidence and pave the way for them to integrate into society. Sports gives the disabled the ladder to create the miracle of human life, and unlike many stories of disabled people who use their strengths and avoid their weaknesses, sports is to let disabled athletes use their shortcomings and challenge what they cannot. May more disabled friends enjoy the magic of sports, stand in the sun and run freely, and truly become participants, contributors and enjoyers of economic and social development.
