On March 22, 2020, Guan was killed in an intentional homicide case. In June of the same year, Wang Moumou's father died of illness, leaving him and his brother to live together. In March this year, his brother enlisted in the army, and Wang Moumou became even more lonely.
After obtaining the clue, the procurator of the prosecution department of the Tongliao City Procuratorate rushed to Wang Moumou's school for the first time to understand the situation. During the conversation, the prosecutor learned that Wang had been living with his parents in a rented house before, and after the death of his parents, Wang had no fixed residence, usually staying in the school, and he could only stay with his brother and classmates during the winter and summer vacations.

After multiple investigations and verifications, the procurator learned that Wang Moumou had no other social assistance except for the subsidies for students with economic difficulties and the treatment of orphans.

On August 9 this year, the Tongliao Municipal Procuratorate held a public hearing to hear the opinions of all parties on matters such as whether Wang Moumou met the conditions for judicial aid and how to carry out rescue work. After the hearing, the hearing officer unanimously agreed to issue judicial aid to Wang. After the hearing, the community also actively applied for the unsupported treatment of Wang Moumou.
"Can Teacher Xia be my guardian?" Since Wang's parents, grandmother, grandfather, and grandfather have all passed away, and other close relatives are inconvenient to perform guardianship duties, the undertaking procurator has felt his trust and dependence on the class teacher, Teacher Xia, in many communications with Wang.
After communicating with Wang's brother, Teacher Xia and his family, school leaders and the community neighborhood committee, Teacher Xia became Wang's entrusted guardian. At the same time, in order to solve the problem that Wang Moumou has no place to live, the procurator communicated with the school and specially opened a dormitory for him during the winter and summer vacations, and the teachers took turns to take care of it.
