According to the U.S. entertainment news website TMZ, American actress Sean Young, who starred in Blade Runner, was wanted by the NYPD on suspicion of burglary.
According to police, the incident occurred on Thursday, Aug. 9, in Queens, New York, where surveillance cameras showed Sean Young broke into a commercial premises with a man and stole two Apple laptops and video-making software worth about $12,000. Shaun Young had worked here before, but had been fired a few months earlier. As evidenced by surveillance video, the police believed they had enough evidence and sent a circular to Sean Young.
At present, the engine of the whole incident is not known, and Sean Young has not responded to it.
Sean Young, 59, has worked as a model and dancer, and in 1982's Blade Runner, she became more famous for her role as a replicant Rachel. Although she later worked with Michael Douglas on Wall Street and Kevin Costner on Soul of the Spy Navy, it was Still Rachel who remembered her the most. In 2017's Blade Runner 2049, she played the role again.
