On May 7, the Central Electrochemical Education Center organized an expert group to accept the Ministry of Education's Education Informatization Teaching Application Practice Community Project "Primary and Secondary School Artificial Intelligence Curriculum Teaching Application Practice Community" led by Hubei Second Normal University. The acceptance meeting was presided over by Huang Tianyuan, director of the Research Department of the Central Electrochemical Education Center, Zhao Jianhua, professor of southern University of Science and Technology, Wang Xin, deputy director and associate researcher of the Curriculum Teaching Institute of the Chinese Academy of Educational Sciences, Bai Hongquan, deputy dean and associate professor of the School of Educational Sciences of Nanjing Normal University, Tang Lianzhang, director of the Guangdong Provincial Education Technology Center, and Gu Jian, director of the Comprehensive Department of the Shandong Provincial Electrification Education Center, served as the evaluation experts.

After the project team report, expert inquiry, project defense, and review of project information, the expert group unanimously agreed that the project passed the acceptance and was highly evaluated. It is believed that the project has obvious results in the construction of artificial intelligence courses in primary and secondary schools, teaching resources, practical cases, community mechanism construction, and training of backbone teachers, explored the teaching application and articulation of artificial intelligence in different sections of primary and secondary schools, and the completed "Artificial Intelligence Curriculum Guide for Primary and Secondary Schools" (trial) has a strong guiding significance for the popularization of artificial intelligence courses in primary and secondary schools, which can better improve the effectiveness of artificial intelligence teaching and application, and the condensed 7 cases present the characteristics and styles of artificial intelligence courses in primary and secondary schools from different aspects. It has a certain representative and forward-looking, and has carried out regional application exploration, which has strong promotion and application value and potential. At the same time, experts also pointed out that the community mechanism, network platform and artificial intelligence curriculum system should be further improved, making full use of cyberspace, exploring the mode of artificial intelligence teaching and learning in a targeted manner, doing a good job in the collection of teaching and learning process data, and doing a good job in artificial intelligence teaching evaluation.

Xia Li, vice president of Hubei Second Normal College, Wang Qiang, director of the Science and Technology Division of the Hubei Provincial Department of Education and director of the Provincial Education Informatization Promotion Office, Tian Minghua, director of the Hubei Provincial Education Informatization Development Center and director of the Provincial Electrification Education Center, and other leaders attended the project acceptance meeting and made important speeches, hoping that the community team would further study and improve the application mode and typical cases, explore a long-term mechanism for promoting the teaching and application of the primary and secondary school engineering intelligent curriculum, and at the same time increase publicity and vigorously promote it nationwide.

At the acceptance meeting, Professor He Defu of Hubei Second Normal College made a report on the overall implementation on behalf of the project team, Shen Xudong, director of information of Wuhan No. 20 Middle School, Hu Zujun, director of information of Wuchang Fruit Lake First Primary School in Hubei Province, Wang Tao, director of information of Wuchang Fruit Lake No. 2 Primary School in Hubei Province, and Liu Jie, teacher and researcher of the Electrification Education Hall of Wuhan Hanyang District Education Bureau, reported on the typical cases and experiences of the unit. Professor Yang Li, dean of the School of Computer Science of Hubei Second Normal University, made a statement, and must humbly accept the opinions and suggestions of the expert group and strive to do a good job in follow-up research and promotion.
