Jesse Lingard, who went on loan to West Ham United in the second half of last season, has played for Manchester United since he was seven years old, making 217 appearances for the club.

According to Fabrizio Romano, the 24-year-old is likely to leave Manchester in January to start his career. However, the journalist added that a return to Ajax seemed unlikely, as the current parties agreed that the rumours of returning to Amsterdam were "fake".
Van der Beek scored 41 goals in 175 appearances for Ajax, winning the Eredivisie title in 2019 and reaching the Champions League semi-finals the same year.
