Do you know which is the first line in the country to be known as the "train to spring"? Right! It is our urban (suburban) railway line S2 in Beijing. As the temperature gradually rises, the mountain peach blossoms and mountain apricot blossoms along the S2 route have also entered the flowering period, and the S2 line has entered the most beautiful flower season.
S2 line spring flower viewing strategy
This "train to spring" runs on the century-old "human" shaped railway in Beijing, taking us through the sea of flowers and through the glory years. At present, the total length of the line is 108.3 kilometers, stopping at 6 stations along the line, including Huangtudian, Nankou, Badaling, Yanqing, Kangzhuang and Shacheng, and interchanging with Metro Line 8 and Line 13 at Huangtudian Station.

Huairou-Miyun line
"Another train to spring"
The scenery along the Huairou-Miyun Line of the urban (suburban) railway is also very beautiful, and it is "another train to spring" created by Beijing. Along the way, not only are there green mountains and flowers, but you can see famous landscapes such as Taoyukou Reservoir, Yanqi Lake International Convention and Exhibition Center, Sunrise Oriental Hotel, China Yinmo Cliff Rock Carvings and Miyun Reservoir while sitting in the car.
The total length of the line is currently 144.6 kilometers, with a total of 7 stations in Beijing North, Qinghe, Changping North, Yanqi Lake, Huairou North, Heishan Temple and Gubeikou. By car, you can go to more than ten 4A and 5A scenic spots along the route, such as Python Mountain Forest Park in Changping District, Yanqi Lake in Huairou District, Mutianyu Great Wall in Huairou District, Yunmeng Mountain in Miyun District, Gubei Water Town, etc.
