In order to strengthen the construction of the teacher team of Huidong Experimental School, establish and improve the development platform and training mechanism for outstanding teachers, give full play to the demonstration, leadership and radiation role of famous and excellent backbone teachers in education, teaching, scientific research and teacher professional leadership, create a group of famous and excellent teachers, and realize the spring blossom of high-quality resource sharing. On October 12, 2021, Huidong Experimental School held a medal awarding ceremony for famous teachers and famous class teachers.
The medal awarding ceremony was presided over by Xiang Daiying, director of the teaching department. President Zhou Dehua read out the list of leaders and tutors of Huidong Experimental School in 2021, and the school leaders awarded medals to 17 studios, and issued letters of appointment to 17 leaders and 34 tutors. President Zhou put forward requirements for the construction of the school-level studio, hoping that the leaders of the famous teacher studio would conscientiously perform their duties, formulate the work plan and the training plan of the famous teacher studio, actively organize and carry out education and teaching research activities, explore and establish the training mechanism of famous teachers, give full play to the role of demonstration, leadership, driving and radiation, so that the studio "gathers is a fire, scattered is full of stars", becomes the cradle of the growth of young teachers in Huidong, and becomes the beacon of school education and teaching reform. At the same time, I also hope that young teachers will take the initiative to join the studio, under the guidance of the team of famous teachers, scientifically plan their own professional development path, learn with an open mind, devote themselves to training, and constantly enrich their professional knowledge, so that their professional development will take the fast lane!
After the award ceremony, the studios of each discipline will select and train students according to the studio activity plan, and the school will assess the activities of the studio.
