Not an invitation from a training or institution, nor a school call, the organizer of this "private" gathering was a junior high school teacher in Chengdu.
The most surprising thing is not that he may get 7/8 offers for a student at every turn; but the age span of these students, the oldest is 35 or 36 years old, and the youngest may be 12 or 13 years old. That is, it may be a few decades apart.
What they all have in common is that in junior high school, they all studied under a teacher.

For more than a decade, every class of students, he has retained three habits.

He has also seen, "depressed students in junior high school, walking in circles on the playground, attending Sanshengshi gatherings every year, going to see what the future looks like, and finally going to famous schools."
He has also seen students who have been admitted to Harvard abandon Harvard and stay in China to study their favorite majors.
He also saw the children of wealthy families abandon their comfortable lives and go to the mountains to do front-line work.
Excellence does not necessarily refer to where you are as a person, but refers to whether you can recognize and pay your value.
"Education is not a point, and when you stand at a certain point and judge whether a student can succeed, it may be a dereliction of duty."
Therefore, by now, he has stretched the dimension of growth very long and long, and does not blame a student who may be "awake" late.
